A DIFFERENT KIND OF SPOKEN WORD ALBUM
Motivational Blueprint 2 (Positive Affirmations & the Best Motivational Speeches) is a unique 11-track spoken-word and motivational album bringing together voices and talents from Jamaica and Britain.
Released on August 14, 2026, the project grew from an idea that began during the COVID-19 pandemic. The first material was written in 2023, with the project developing through recording and production sessions across Britain and the Caribbean.
The album focuses on positive affirmations, self-love, gratitude, nervous-system calm, overcoming procrastination, setting boundaries, dealing with fame and burnout, comeback motivation and believing in yourself. The project features both English and Jamaican Patois, giving the album a distinct Caribbean identity.
THE VOICES BEHIND THE PROJECT
NATURE RESTOREDTraditional wellness practitioner and the project’s central writer and voice. Nature Restored brings themes of affirmations, self-love, inner calm and comeback motivation to life through spoken word.
BLAQK SHEEPJamaican dancehall and reggae producer and engineer whose catalogue includes work with Beenie Man, Yellowman, Sugar Minott, Admiral Tibet and Shatta Wale’s “Lights, Camera, Action.” For this project, Blaqk Sheep steps into spoken word and Jamaican Patois while creating cinematic production.
ZJ SPARKSDJ, producer, songwriter, voice actor and actress, known for her work on Jamaica’s ZIP 103 FM. Her experience in broadcasting, voice acting and performance makes her a natural fit for the project’s affirmations and motivational speeches.
QRAIG / VOICEMAILInternationally recognised as a member of Jamaican dancehall group Voicemail, Qraig brings a more intimate and reflective side to the project, particularly on “Gratitude.”
CREATED DIFFERENTLY
Motivational Blueprint 2 was created across Britain and Jamaica, with recording and production taking place in different locations, including sessions around England’s Dorset coast.
The project even saw instrumentals being created on an Akai MPC sampler while travelling by boat along England’s Jurassic Coast.
Rather than being made in one room, the album developed over several years and across two countries.
At its core, Motivational Blueprint 2 is about encouragement, healing, confidence and pushing forward — delivering powerful words for anyone who needs motivation to keep going.
