Emerging artiste Layyah is stepping into a new era with the release of her EP Layers to Layyah Pt.1, a project that showcases her versatility, emotion, and fearless creativity. Officially released on May 1, 2026, the EP is already gaining attention for its diverse sound and powerful collaborations.
The project was produced by RizMadeIt and JBMadeIt, two producers Layyah says played a major role in shaping the direction and energy of the EP. According to the artiste, working with the pair was an incredible experience as they understood her vision and pushed her creatively throughout the process. Layers to Layyah Pt.1 is available worldwide on Apple Music, iTunes, Spotify, Amazon Music, EVEN, and all major digital streaming and download platforms. Fans have already been connecting deeply with the music, with many listeners each selecting different favourite tracks from the project.
The lead singles from the EP are “Kiss My Shoes” featuring Nadia Rose and “The Boy Is Mine” featuring Mimi Mxnroe. Both tracks highlight Layyah’s ability to blend confidence, storytelling, and strong musical chemistry with fellow female collaborators. While the music continues to gain momentum, Layyah also revealed that visuals are on the way.
