US-based record producer Leon Fearon, known in the music industry as Double Trackz, shared his thoughts and experiences, shedding light on his journey as a musician in a recent interview with JamWeekly Magazine.

Double Trackz is not just a stage name; it's a persona that encapsulates a peaceful individual deeply in love with music. He's a musician on a mission to share his art with the world and etch his name in the annals of music history. His passion for music is evident in every note, beat, and lyric he creates.

Double Trackz has been on this musical journey since 2002, but it wasn't until 2014 that he took the leap into the professional music scene. It's remarkable how an artist's journey can span over a decade before reaching a professional point.

In the digital age, connecting with artists has never been easier, and Double Trackz takes full advantage of this. You can find him on various social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube.

Double Trackz's network in the music industry is extensive. He has worked with a multitude of artists, including Kalado, Raine Seville, Don Mafia, Wasp, Ekyplse, Shawn B, John Bling and Romar. This collaborative spirit speaks to his versatility and ability to work with a wide range of music.

Double Trackz's talents extend beyond his role as a musician; he is also a notable music producer. Some of the artists he has produced for include Jahazeil Myrie, son of Buju Banton, Don Mafia, Kevin Stone, John Bling, Romar, Ekyplse, Wasp, Raine Seville, Shawn B, Kalado, and Nyche, who has worked extensively with rapper Fat Joe.

Double Trackz is not one to rest on his laurels. He is currently working on a riddim project with various Dancehall artists and is keeping the details of his upcoming EP under wraps for now. These projects hint at exciting developments in his career.

For aspiring musicians, Double Trackz has a piece of valuable advice: "Study the craft. Music is like a sport that requires daily practice." This underlines the importance of dedication and continuous improvement in the music.

Double Trackz doesn't limit his music to a specific audience; he aims to reach the world. His ambition to transcend borders and connect with a global audience is a testament to his determination and belief in the universal language of music.

Double Trackz observes that the music coming out of Jamaica has evolved over the years. It has become more Hip-Hop-driven, with rhythms that incorporate elements of Trap. This shift reflects the adaptability of Jamaican artists and their willingness to embrace new sounds and influences.

The feedback Double Trackz has received from professionals in the music industry has been overwhelmingly positive. It highlights his growing presence and influence in the industry.
