This Digital eBook License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between [Your Name/Company] ("Licensor") and the purchaser ("Licensee") of the digital eBook, collectively referred to as the "Parties."
1. Grant of License

5.2 In no event shall Licensor be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the eBook.
6. Governing Law
6.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America.
7. Entire Agreement
7.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the eBook, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations.
