ROBBYN GOODE UNLEASHES “VENOM” FEATURING RYTIKAL Jamaican artiste Robbyn Goode explores toxic attraction, confidence and raw honesty on her latest single, produced by LSMG.

Jamaican recording artiste and songwriter Robbyn Goode is turning heads with her latest single, “Venom,” featuring Rytikal, released on September 4, 2026. In an exclusive interview with Jamweekly Magazine, Robbyn Goode opens up about the inspiration behind the track, the natural chemistry in the studio and her vision for connecting with listeners through bold, unapologetic music.
Produced by LSMG and distributed by ONErpm, “Venom” explores the complicated chemistry between two people who recognise that their connection may be toxic but still find themselves irresistibly drawn to each other. Blending Jamaican musical influences with relatable emotions, the single delivers a confident and playful perspective on attraction and desire.
Robbyn Goode says she wants her music to connect with adults who appreciate honest storytelling and can relate to the experiences she expresses through her lyrics. She is particularly passionate about creating music that encourages women to feel confident, sexy and free to express themselves without reservation.
Reflecting on the recording process, Robbyn describes working with LSMG as a positive and organic experience. The song came together naturally as they wrote and recorded in the studio, with Rytikal present and eventually contributing his verse. According to the artiste, nothing felt forced, and that effortless collaboration helped shape the chemistry heard throughout the track.
The response so far has also been encouraging. Robbyn says listeners have shared positive feedback, with some telling her they love the song and cannot stop listening. For the songwriter, knowing that a studio creation is resonating with audiences makes the experience especially rewarding.
Proud of the final result, Robbyn describes “Venom” as a reflection of her bold, playful and honest side. She appreciates music that gives a voice to thoughts people may have but hesitate to express openly, and believes Rytikal’s contribution adds another dimension to the record.
Beyond “Venom,” Robbyn Goode is maintaining momentum with several upcoming releases. She recently released “Story fi tell yuh (Mr. Nature),” produced by Ramjam and Supa Hype. Her next single, “Makélélé,” is scheduled for October 20, 2026, produced by SUGE on the White Liver Riddim. Another release, “Clock That,” produced by Supa Hype and Ramjam, is also on the way.
A music video for “Venom” is currently being planned, although an official release date has not yet been announced.
With new music on the horizon and growing encouragement from listeners, Robbyn Goode continues to establish her voice through expressive songwriting and a fearless approach to her artistry. “Venom” represents another step in her journey, inviting audiences to embrace the complexities of attraction while celebrating confidence, individuality and authentic self-expression.
“Venom” featuring Rytikal is available now on Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, YouTube Music and other major streaming platforms.
